If you:
- Create a PrepAI account
- Purchase or receive a PrepAI plan
- Use the PrepAI WebApp
- Use an API or integration

Application to Existing Accounts and Plans
These Terms apply from the Effective Date to continued access to and use of PrepAI by users who affirmatively accept them, including users whose accounts were created or whose paid plans were purchased before the Effective Date.
Where a user purchased a paid PrepAI plan before the Effective Date and affirmatively accepts these Terms, the parties agree that, from the date of such acceptance, the user’s ongoing access to and use of PrepAI will be governed by these Terms and the current policies incorporated into them, subject to applicable law.
For a pre-existing Lifetime Plan, affirmative acceptance of these Terms means that the customer’s ongoing Lifetime Plan entitlement will be governed by the Lifetime Plan provisions set out in Section 16, including the definition of Lifetime Access, Fair Usage provisions, feature and add-on treatment, third-party dependencies, permitted Service changes and other provisions applicable to the Lifetime Plan.
This prospective modification does not affect:
- Payments or Services already completed before acceptance
- A refund, claim or other right that had already accrued before acceptance
- An individually signed agreement that expressly provides otherwise or a right that applicable law does not permit the customer to waive or modify
Historical purchase records, invoices and plan representations may continue to be relevant in determining benefits already provided, claims accrued before acceptance, or the basis of any refund, adjustment or settlement.
