4. Slide the Bloom’s Taxonomy toggle to the right if you want to generate HOTS (higher-order thinking skills) questions. 
5. In Custom test mode, enter the Input content in any format (text, PDF, doc, docx, YouTube URL, Video, or audio file). Custom-select the video duration/ or page range in videos and PDF input. Or, use the built-in topic search for the tool to gather information on your behalf. Here, you can switch between wiki search and Generative AI. 
6. Select the question types from the dropdown list – MCQs with three difficulty levels, descriptive, true or false, fill-ups, matching, and crossword. If you want a test paper with varied question types, leave it at the default setting (all possible). 
7. Then, choose the number of questions you want in the test paper. Once again, you can go with the default option, where as many questions as possible will be generated by the tool. 
8. Next, select the type of visual content to include in the exam paper. Once again, you can go with ‘all possible’ or select from diagrams, charts, and tables. 
9. Click the ‘Generate Questions’ button. You can see the progress on the real-time tracker on the screen as the algorithm converts the input into questions. 
10. The list of questions will be displayed on the same page. The left panel will show the number of questions of each type.  
11. Now, it’s time to edit the questions to align the test with your requirements. For this, click on the pencil icon in the top right corner of each question. You can change the question structure and the options for MCQs.Slide the toggle to the right to delete an unwanted question. 
12. Click the ‘View Answer’ button to read the AI-generated explanation provided by the exam paper generator.  
13. There’s an option to manually add questions. Click the ‘Add Questions’ button under the left panel to enter the details. You can also include an explanation for the correct answer (it’s optional). 
14. Once all changes are made, click the ‘Preview Quiz’ button at the top. You can also generate multiple sets of quizzes or test papers for the same input content. 
15. You will notice a small feedback form with smileys on the right side of the interface. Select the appropriate smiley and enter your message to send feedback to the online exam maker. This helps train the algorithm to generate questions that align with your interests. 
16. To conduct tests offline, click the ‘Download’ button and select the required output format. 
17. To conduct tests online, after finalizing the question paper, click the ‘Conduct Test’ button. 
18. You will notice two options here – Solo Quiz and Group Quiz. Solo quiz is for self-assessments where you attempt the exam yourself. Set the timer (or skip this) and get started. 
19. A group quiz is where you conduct the tests for several others. Adjust the marks for each question.
20. Give the quiz a title. Then, set the start and expiry date and time. While the starting date and time are optional, the deadline is necessary so that the participants can submit the answers within the said duration. 
21. Click the ‘Finalize Quiz’ button and enter the time limit, and click ‘Proceed’. You cannot skip this. 
22. When the test paper is ready, share it with the participants. You can manually enter the email addresses or use an Excel sheet (upload the Excel file to the interface) to automate the process. 
23. Click ‘Send’ when done. 
24. The second test mode is Structured Test, where there is no need to enter input content. Here, you can create tests aligned with the CBSE K-12 curriculum for high schoolers in science and math. Select the chapter and the marks to be allotted for each question. 
25. Or, switch to corporate hiring, which covers topics like aptitude, programming, English comprehension, and many more. Enter the quiz title, select the question types and difficulty level, aka role, and click the ‘Generate Questions’ button. 
26. Once the questions are generated, follow the above steps to edit and modify the test paper and conduct exams through the online test generator.
